Our Method uses four- to six-week programming cycles and quarterly nutrition challenges to ensure you build and maintain momentum and won’t ever plateau or get bored. Since 2014, we’ve used The Phoenix Method to help thousands of people in Los Angeles experience results they never thought possible!
The Phoenix Method combines custom strength, conditioning, and recovery classes, led by world-class, certified coaches,
to help you unleash your potential in only 4% of your day or less.
This isn’t just about getting “swole.” We want to see you perform exercises correctly, protect your muscles and joints, establish a strong foundation, and believe in your own strength in our signature class LIFT.
You will learn, improve, and master technical lifting fundamentals using simple and effective movements. Each class features a compound barbell exercise, along with other tried-and-true strength exercises using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and more.
It’s perfect for everyone regardless of ability level—even if you’ve never touched a barbell before.

Our conditioning workouts are constantly varied and NEVER boring to ensure maximum muscle confusion and results. We use rowers, assault bikes, and a wide variety of safe bodyweight and free weight exercises. Warning: Phoenix Conditioning will increase your sexiness, confidence, and likeliness to take selfies.

Phoenix BURN uses high intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional strength exercises that help sculpt and tone your body and improve stamina. You’ll perform weighted and unweighted exercises in short bursts of effort to burn maximum calories and torch fat.
Phoenix FIRE is an exciting athletic performance workout featuring agility, weights, tire flips, battle ropes, sled pushes, and bodyweight movements. FIRE features longer intervals than BURN and is good for building cardiovascular endurance, coordination, speed, and a sexy athletic body.
Phoenix INFERNO is designed to make you sweat (don’t worry we provide towels) in a fun and competitive class. Each week, expect to have your limits tested with a new challenging workout. INFERNO is only 45 minutes long and you will leave drenched and feeling accomplished. Not competitive? Don’t stress! Competition is encouraged, but never mandatory at TPE.
Phoenix RIPPED is a competitive class divided into four 8-minute mini-workout zones. Expect to see a mixture of barbells and heavy lifting as well as bodyweight and light weight exercises. We guarantee you’ll walk away feeling shredded, cut, and ready to take on the world!
