RISE COLLECTIVE FAQs

Can you work with different ability levels?

YES! Whether you've never lifted a weight in your life before or you're a professional athlete, we can help you! Our personal training programs are not one-size-fits-all & are individually designed to help you with your specific needs and goals.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO "Get In Shape" to come and do this program.  That's literally the whole point.   We help you get 1% better every day, no matter where you are starting from. 
 

Will this program work for someone who travels a lot or who has a busy schedule?

YES! This program is IDEAL for anyone who is on the go or pressed for time. Our 1:1 sessions can be conducted anywhere and we'll help you make a plan for inside the gym that fits your exact needs.  Accountability is key.  

Can you work with people with injuries?

Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, we can work with your physician or physical therapist to create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. Our PT program also focuses on corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilization, connective tissue strength, and flexibility.
However, no corrective exercise or post-rehabilitation program delivered by any Phoenix Effect coach is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease/injury.

 

What happens if I don't hit my goals? 

After 10+ years of helping Angelinos transform their bodies and minds, we know exactly what it takes to be successful, and we put our money where our mouth is.  If you do your program as prescribed by your coach and do not see results, we will coach you for free (up to 2 months).  

What happens if I get sick and can't use my sessions?

We will gladly roll over any unused sessions in the event of an illness to the next month with a doctor's note. In the event of a long-term illness, we will also hold your sessions until you are ready to work out again as permitted by your doctor.
