Clean eating is simple – it’s all about consuming mostly whole or minimally-processed foods. When you’re at the grocery store or in your kitchen, think about reaching for foods that are as close to their natural form as possible, e.g. fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and more!


But there’s more to “good nutrition” than just eating clean. It’s just as important to make sure your body gets the right amount of nutrients it needs not only to survive, but to thrive! More specifically, eating the perfect balance of protein, fat, and carbs each day will help you perform (and recover) better at the gym, get more gainz and torch more body fat, give you more energy, clear up your skin, and will result in truckloads of sex appeal 😉 We’ll get into more details later in the challenge about why each of these nutrient components are crucial building blocks for a hot bod.
