Most gyms don't have any type of programming for their classes. Each of ours is a part of a 6 week cycle that is modified from professional athletic team programs. Each week, classes build off one another to provide maximum performance. At the end of the 6 weeks, the movement patterns change. This protects our athletes from plateauing and leads to continuous growth.
